Index page doesn't work with nginx

Hello , I have a centos 6 server with cpanel and a nginx web server, I've now built an account for one domain on a board and a test index page inside the root of the site, But the test page does not display index.html or even index.php and shows this: 502 Bad Gateway Please help me what should be done to show the html or php index page? thanks.

  Hello @satsamira, Nginx is not currently supported with cPanel & WHM. Generally, the first step when troubleshooting an issue like this would be to disable Nginx and verify if the issue persists when it's disabled. If disabling it solves the issue, then you may want to report the problem to the developer or support team for the third-party plugin you used to install/enable Nginx. For instance, the 502 error message you reported is referenced on the Engintron support page at: [SOLVED] 502 Bad Gateway " Issue #526 " engintron/engintron Note that support for Nginx is tentatively planned for 2018, but no set time frames are currently available. We'll update the following feature requests as soon as new information is available: Nginx proxied to Apache (not standalone Nginx) Thank you.
