    Make sure you have correct MX records pointing to the correct IP address, if MX records are not the case and if you have root access of the server check the logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog

    As noted by @Eminds the MX records the MX records should be verified. The MX record would need to be added where DNS is hosted for the domain When sending mail are you receiving a specific error?
