Firebird and MS SQL extension/module support in EA4?

Hi, I need to connect to Firebird and MS SQL databases using PHP 7.X but it does not appear that EA4 has the MSSQL extensions nor interbase extension on PHP 7.x.... it does have only the MSSQL extension in PHP 5.6 but not in 7.x and interbase extension is simply non existant.
