Hi @Nirjonadda Based on that output it seems as though MySQL was not responding when the MySQL dump portion of the backup took place or it was not running. Can you confirm if it is now running?

How to check its running or not?

Hello, You can see this at WHM>>Server Status>>Service Status or via CLI you can run something like: /scripts/restartsrv_mysql --status

Hello, That's great, it does seem to have been down during the backup process and the only way to test is to run another backup. You can do this one of two ways: - via CLI initiate the backup process with the following: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force
    - Wait for the automated backup process to initiate on its own In either case, I would monitor the system during the backup process to ensure that the server continues to function normally. Thank you,
