SQLite database support

A customer wants a VPS with cPanel installed. He wants to host SQLite databases. AFAIK, cPanel allows PHP Module for SQLite and also Softaculous provides SQLite database manager. However, I want to know if we can install SQLite database in cPanel server. Please help.
