Hello, What happens if you run: /scripts/restartsrv_chkservd
Wait 5 minutes, any change in the status? If not, can you post recent output of /var/log/chkservd.log

    Hi,
    I have A big Data on Logs,How i can Empty ?

You can empty a log file using echo command: # echo > filename.log where filename.log is your actual log file name. Note: Do not use this command for a normal file or configuration file, as it will remove all the configuration and data from the file.

Hello, What user are you using to log in via SSH with? You'd need to be the root user to view those logs. Thank you,

Hello, If you're logging in with the root user via SSH you shouldn't be getting permission denied errors when attempting to view logs. Could you please use the link in my signature to open a ticket so that we can take a closer look? Once opened please add the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you,
