    you will need to increase the disk quota for that account. It can be done through WHM. Refer to Quota Modification - Version 68 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

    Hello, As indicated by @Eminds the account's quota has been exceeded. This can be changed by going to either WHM>>Account Functions>>Modify An Account and increasing the quota or by clearing some space within the account. Thank you,

    Is there a way to see everyone who is over quota? Is there a way to make it so that even if people are over their quota, their emails will still function?

    You can see accounts over quota by going to WHM>>Account Information>> Show accounts over quota If you impose quotas on an account the behavior is to stop allowing functions on that account that allow storing more information - it's not modifiable by service.

    Hello, If you are experiencing this issue as a website owner you would not be able to resolve this without contacting your hosting provider. I would suggest you work with them to resolve the issue.
