Edit an accounts Package location?

I searched a lot in my control panel For editing on a site space that i have created But I could not find her place Can you tell me how to edit the space of a particular site I created earlier? in whm i enter : "WHM >> Edit a Package" But I can not find the site plan i have previously made

    Hello @mohammed alruwaili If you're trying to edit a package that would be the correct location. All packages have a featurelist assigned, you might see if you created a featurelist previously. You can edit featurelists at WHM>> Packages>>Feature Manager>>Feature Lists Detailed information on packages can be found here: WHM Features List - Version 70 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you,

    Thanks for the quick response You are telling me to enter into WHM>> Packages>>Feature Manager>>Feature Lists ok . I entered but ... There is no option >> Feature Lists This is a picture to understand me gyazo.com/1ae67548d06b92ab3151219a26183dc4 I have an space I've done and I want to edit it . This space has been linked to Domain

    Hello, From that image it appears that none of the default feature lists are even present. Are you logged in as the root user or a reseller? Furthermore if you have access to the server via CLI can you please run the following and let me know the output? ls -lah /var/cpanel/features
    ls -lah /var/cpanel/packages/

    Hi @mohammed alruwaili That's great, so we know they're there and they appear to have the correct permissions/ownership. When accessing WHM what user are you using? Thank you,

    The user may be a reseller but it is not the root user via WHM and it's possible the same permissions aren't present. Can you access WHM with the root user and password and let me know if you're still unable to view the features/packages via WHM? Thank you,
