Create additional users with restricted access permissions?

hi I am sure this has been brought to cPanel creators previously but as a newbie to cPanel I find it strange that there is not the ability to give create additional users with restricted access permissions. We often have customers who need to give cPanel access example, IT technician needing to update DNS records or a developer. We have to give them account user details and this concerns has greatly for security reasons. It also means we cant give access for a short period of time without resetting the account user pw
