Cgi error

Trying to get a program in cgi_bin to work but getting this error. Automatically create a cgi-bin script alias. is on. Not Found The requested URL /cgi-bin/autodelete2.cgi was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
