new subdomain not available in file manager?
I have a VPS with A2 Hosting. I added a subdomain to an account and it is not showing up in the file manager on that account's cpanel.
Pinging to the new subdomain works. I can navigate to the new subdomain using my browser. The DNS Zone template for that account lists the new subdomain. I resynchronized anyway to no avail.
Is there an additional command I need to run to make this thing show up in the cPanel file manager?

Hi @marjwyatt, glad to hear you figured out the issue - can you let us know what it was? 0 -

Actually, it was me not being observant when I created the subdomain. It was there but not in the public_html folder. So, I removed and recreated it with a home directory of public_html/subdomain_name As usual, I was making it too hard. :)0 -
Thank you for letting us know! I do the same all the time, no worries :) 0
