cpsrvd using previous SSL certifcate
We recently acquired a new wildcard ssl from Comodo and have struck a problem with one of our servers continuing to use the previous SSL, despite using "Manage Service SSL Certificates" to update the SSL.
The new certificate is showing up correct under "Manage Service SSL Certificates" => "Certificate Details" but the wrong certicate is stil being used for the cpsrvd ports, such as 2083, 2086, 2096. (the ssl ports anyway)
But we have the correct certificate loading for https on port 443.
Let me know if I should lodge a ticket. This one hasn't been noticed by customers as yet.

Hi @Geo Grav Can you run the following via CLI and reply with the output? ps faux |grep cpsrvd
Thank you,0 -
Thanks for the reply [QUOTE] [/backup/killacct]# ps faux |grep cpsrvd root 572 0.0 0.0 103320 868 pts/2 S+ 09:16 0:00 | \_ grep cpsrvd root 29703 0.0 0.1 101020 24568 ? S Apr24 13:22 cpsrvd (SSL) - waiting for connections root 509 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? Z 09:16 0:00 \_ [cpsrvd (SSL) - ]
We are okay with doing a reboot, but thought it could be a bigger issue.0 -
Hi @Geo Grav That's ok, I actually don't think you need to do a reboot. I see that the main cPsrvd process has been running since April 24th. If you completely stop then restart cPsrvd does the correct certificate display? Thank you, 0
