Disable FTP downloading?

Hello, Is it possible to disable ftp download ? I need to provide ftp access to some developer but I have very important files on server like template and very expensive modules. I need to allow the developer only to upload files (I watch it ) but not to download my files. Is that possible ? If not what other options do I have to protect my files from been downloaded ? Thank You

  -> It may be difficult, and some trial and error has to be done on it. You can create folder wise FTP accounts, so the FTP account will be restricted to that folder only..
