I am unable to upgrade from 11.68.0.37 to 11.68.0.38 0 -
Hello @urgido Can you tell me what the output of the following is? cat /var/cpanel/sysinfo.config
Could you also ensure that there are no issues with the RPM database? You can do this by going to WHM>>Software>>Rebuild RPM Database -> click Proceed Then attempt to update again. Thanks!0 -
I had rebuilding the RPM database many times before come here with no luck. After two weeks on trying upgrade to latest version finally I got it. How? Well, today I recieved for first time an email from cPanel System regarding that my hostname is wrong so, I proceeding to change it to good but the stranger startsfor the following things: 1.- The hostname never was changed before, the format ever was host.domain.tld 2.- I tried to perform an upgrade using ssh and WHM with no luck, ever the same error. 3.- Yesterday I posted here my problem and today I have the latest version of cPanel (this is the most stranger thing because there is no relation with it) Is there a way to know what happened exactly? 0 -
Hello, You can look in the update logs to compare where it was hanging before at /var/cpanel/updatelogs but without being able to replicate the issue it's pretty difficult to determine what specifically was occurring. 0
