[CPANEL-20286] /$filename does not exist error in File Restoration
Hello,
Internal case CPANEL-20286 is open to address an issue in cPanel & WHM version 70 where WHM >> File Restoration don't function properly when a trailing slash is utilized in the path for Default Backup Directory in WHM >> Backup Configuration. Attempting to restore a file using the File Restoration feature in cPanel or WHM will result in a "file does not exist" error message appearing in the interface:
[QUOTE]/$filename does not exist.
As a workaround, you can browse to WHM >> Backup Configuration and remove the trailing slash from the path utilized for Default Backup Directory. For example, you"d change the following value: /backup/ To: /backup Then, click on "Save Configuration" at the bottom of the interface to save the change. I"ll update this thread once the solution associated with CPANEL-20286 is published. Thank you.
