Hello @logixbytes To clarify/confirm you have your sites hosted on the Amazon VPS but you'd like to use your dedicated server to send/receive mail. Is the holdup you're having only occurring with mail sent from the VPS? Since you're using the dedicated server to send mail for sites on the VPS you really shouldn't be sending mail from the VPS at all unless it's originating from a script. What software are you using on the Dedicated server? Is the mail in queue on the dedicated server or on the VPS? Do you have associated logs from either or both servers for a mail transaction that was held in queue? Thanks!

Hi, What you understood is correct. -> This is a customized application for field management. -> Because we are growing fast, we are providing the same application (from the dedicated server) for clients completely customized to their requirement on Amazon Lightsail - VPS Servers along with cPanel (with WHM). -> Emails are sent from the application itself. -> Emails are in the queue on the VPS server -> Please let me know which log files you require, I will email it to you separately. -> We welcome any suggestion and willing to change our VPS server or application accordingly. Waiting for your reply, Warm Regards, Venkatesha

Hello, Can you let us know if you're using cPanel on the dedicated server as well as the VPS? The log files that would be the best to discern what is occurring would be /var/log/exim_mainlog you may want to take a few of the message ID's for messages stuck in queue and run the following: exigrep /var/log/exim_mainlog
