  When you click the plus sign to the far left, to expand details, do you see the line of blue buttons across bottom of that expanded area?

  Whoops! Yeah, I do, and one of them is "Change Plan," which takes me to the screen to change the package for the selected account. I assumed it was going to be a hyperlink on the current package since the release notes say, "Users can now click an account's assigned package in the Package column..." You can mark this one solved. Sorry about that.
