HTTP error 401
Invalid Security Token
The requested URL does not contain your session"s correct security token.
You may have reached this error by copying and pasting a URL from a different cPanel, WHM, or Webmail session into your browser"s address bar. To resolve this situation, please take one of the following steps:
- Go back one page and reload the URL, making sure that the /cpsess " / section of the URL remains the same.
- Re-enter your account"s password below. This will assign your session a new security token. This new token will prevent you from using other pages of this application that may be open in other tabs.

Hello @panda32, To clarify, are you first successfully logging into Web Host Manager and browsing to "List Accounts"? Or, are you accessing Web Host Manager from a bookmarked URL? Thank you. 0 -

I actually cancelled the vps hosting with the company because they couldn't help me. I then signed up to another company and i am having the exact same problem. This is really annoying, i guess there is something wrong with my internet settings or router. I have cleared my cache a 100 times, cleared my DNS cache. Tried google chrome and Microsoft edge browsers. 0 -
Hello @panda32, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at the affected system? You can post the ticket number here and I'll link this forums thread to the ticket. Thank you. 0 -

Hello all, I had this same problem right now in one of our servers after a full server migration, using Horde webmail. It asked for password right after first login. After a second login into "new token" page, got "server connection failed" result with horde template (empty) opened. Looks this is more related to "after" server migrations and cache/cookies saved into client computer problem, than server itself. How to resolve (at least in my case did after): -Cleaning full navigator history (Chrome i.e.) did the trick to stop this problem. After cleaning navigator history (I just keeped passwords) I could login using horde normally again. Hope this help you with same problem. Regards 0 -
Hey, guys. I solved this problem changed apache module in Easy Apache4. It were mod_mpm_event so i have problen with token. When I changed to mod_mpm_prefork worked perfectly 0 -
Other solution wold be disable mod_evasive in easy apache4. 0 -
another solution is change tlhe link. Don't use webmail.domail.com... Use cpanel.domail.com:2096.
