Reseller Option in WHM Missing?

hello today i dont found package section on resseller account [removed - please attach images directly to the thread]

  HI @kiozix If you have root access to WHM, can you confirm that the reseller has access to "List Packages" at WHM>>Resellers>>Edit Reseller Nameservers and privileges? If you don't have root access to WHM I would suggest contacting your provider to look further into this. Thanks!
