How to clone a cPanel account?

A cPanel in our WHM account holds our main web site content, where new code is deployed. I would like to use that cPanel as a sort of template to create new accounts and sites. Is there a solution that allows me to clone or duplicate that account without having to download and upload the entire folder each time? Many thanks
