UPDATE: This issue is affected to all system users. /scripts/upcp --force doesn't help.

Hello @urgido Can you tell me if rebuilding the db resolves the issue? You can do this with the following: mv /var/cpanel/bandwidth_cache.sqlite{,.bak} /scripts/rebuild_bandwidthdb_root_cache
    Thanks!

Hi @urgido What about the ownership of the files in /var/cpanel/bandwidth? They should all be owned by the UID root and GID associated with each user. So if my user is test the ownership should be root:test If this is correct, could you please open a ticket using the link in my signature. Once opened update this thread with the ticket ID so we can provide the outcome in this thread. Thanks!
