JSON API EditZoneRecord Not Working sometimes

Hi, I have a system to change zone record using json api, but sometimes the expected changes don't work, even the return is 200 - OK: access_log:189.22.231.21 - trayop [05/02/2018:19:07:32 -0000] "/json-api/editzonerecord?name=www&cname=630231.xpto.com.br&type=CNAME&class=IN&domain=domain.com.br&line=20" Facts:

• It's occours sometimes (100 works, 1 fail)
• No have issues on host at the fail moments
• All failed response is OK

Someone has the same problem? How to debug?

  Hello, Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log or /var/log/messages when it doesn't work? Do you notice it fails when using the WHM API 1 function to edit a specific type of DNS record? Thank you.

  Hello Michael, Thanks for your reply! In the interval to answer this thread, I didn`t have a new issues. To another issues, these logs haven't any error message related with DNS (Named/bind) or CPanel API. I'll observe these log to get more information. Best regards.
