Can't send mail to anywhere
Hello,
Our customers can't send email to any domains for days. Our ptr records, reverse dns, dkim and spf records are all ok, we don't appear to be in any blacklist in blacklist checks. Dns checks are all ok.
The problem is not only with major providers like gmail or hotmail. We cannot send mail to ANY domain. Which means there is no single adress in the world we can send email right now. We immediately receive a spam mail rejected error. Ther error reply is received instantly. I have another server and I can't send email to a domain on that server either.
The problem is serious mail service is very important to our many business customers. I have opened a ticket but I am afraid the support team cannot see there is an issue with cpanel mail services.
Ticket: 9556429
Thank you.

Would maybe help if you gave the actual description in the bounceback so that someone can help. Saying that a bounceback is received without the actual contents of it is not helpful and will only increase the period in which you will receive a response. 0 -
Just wanted to grab attention to the ticket mainly as it is an urgent issue and I am getting no response. This is the error I get: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550 5.7.1 Rejected by Spam filter (44d6db6e-5803-11e8-aede-57ccde4503a1)[CFG-01] 0 -

That's not quite accurate. The ticket has been responded to several times overnight and has been escalated to level2 who I assume is looking into it right now. There is no need to create a thread here to grab attention to a ticket.0 -
Hello, To update, it looks like this might relate to a network or router issue at the data center. I'll update this thread with the outcome once the ticket is solved. Thank you. 0 -
