You must reboot the server to apply software updates

Hi there, I've seen other discussions regarding this issue, but from what I've seen, it was supposed to have been fixed in cPanel 68. I'm still receiving the 'You must reboot the server to apply software updates' message. Here is some output that has been requested on other discussions:

Kernelcare is running and ensuring the the running/patched kernel version is the latest. Why am I being prompted to reboot to apply software updates? Thanks!

@cPanelMichael Ahhh!! I thought it was related to the kernel. In this case, it makes sense then :)
