Actually I want to update CPanel. I opened a call but until the moment I did not receive the return. How should I proceed. Call is 9568841

It appears you're trying to install cPanel, not update it. You'll need to install cPanel on a freshly-installed Operating System, as mentioned in the docs: Installation Guide - Version 70 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Ok, in my case I already had the cpanel installed. And after the last update the server got all the services of line and I can not do anything else via WHM. How much do I try to update with the command: /scripts/upcp --force I get the error below: root@server - example.org [~]# /scripts/upcp --force Can't locate Cpanel/Env.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Cpanel::Env module) (@INC contains: /usr/local/cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib/x86_64-linux-64int /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/5.26.0/x86_64-linux-64int /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/5.26.0 /opt/cpanel/perl5/526/site_lib/x86_64-linux-64int /opt/cpanel/perl5/526/site_lib) at /scripts/upcp line 48. What does this mean exactly, can you provide any more details?

More details would be nice. :) Was this server running normally with cPanel installed properly, prior to you having problems? What problems were you facing that compelled you to want to try running the cPanel installer script?

The server was working fine before the Cpanel 70 update. During the Cpanel update the WHM crashed and the service was down. I rebooted the server and the services did not come back. Any command that I try to perform to update the Cpanel I get the error below: root@server - servidornacional.org [~]# /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix Can't locate Cpanel/SafeDir/MK.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Cpanel::SafeDir::MK module) (@INC contains: /usr/local/cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib/x86_64-linux-64int /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/5.26.0/x86_64-linux-64int /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/526/lib64/perl5/5.26.0 /opt/cpanel/perl5/526/site_lib/x86_64-linux-64int /opt/cpanel/perl5/526/site_lib) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Update/Logger.pm line 10. cPanel Technical Support will be in touch via that ticket soon, I'm sure. GL with this.

Hello, I just checked in on your TicketID and found that it appears our analysts were able to resolve the issues you were having with the update. It appears that the update failed initially, leaving the server in a partially installed state. In order to resolve the issue they manually downloaded and ran the update as follows: cd /usr/local/cpanel/bin wget http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/11.68.0.36/cpanel/scripts/updatenow.static.bz2 bzunzip2 updatenow.static.bz2 chmod 655 updatenow.static
created /usr/local/cpanel/version with 11.7.0.0.42 ran the command /usr/local/cpanel/bin/updatenow.static --sync
Once that was complete they ensured normal updates were working as intended and confirmed all services were online as expected. Thanks!
