Webmail error, Cant Login Squirremail, Roundcube, Horde

I'm newbie in cpanel, I can't open my email, via single email or via cpanel account response from Squiremail ERROR Please log in first Go to the login page Roundcube: Login failed. Horde: User xxx@example.com is not authorized for Mail (Host: 115.178.xxx.xx). please tell me how to fix this, thanks my dedicated server OS : Centos 7.4 WHM : v70.0.42

    Hi, I think the user may have been blocked for access. Please check the cPanel >> Email Account section for this. Alternatively, can you paste the logs of /var/log/maillog in this section for the part of error you are getting..

    In addition to what @24x7server requested any output in relation to this in the cPanel error logs would be useful as well. They're located at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log Thanks!

    Hello @amir rahman I'm glad to hear the issue is no longer occurring, unfortunately, those logs don't tell us much, most likely because the issue is no longer happening. If it does happen again please update this thread. Thanks!
