Forwarding emails to multiple accounts question
Hi All,
i have some issue on below problem,
my setting,
i send group forwarding as below:
main email address:
all@email.com.my
forward to :
1. user-1@email.com.my
2. user-2@email.com.my
3. user-3@email.com.my
when user-1@email.com.my send to all@email.com.my
it will receive user-1@email.com.my.
have any solution to solve and permanent delete the user-1@email.com.my
the actual process:
when from is user-1, and to is equal to user-1 then permanent delete.
when from is user-2, and to is equal to user-2 then permanent delete.
Many thanks for help.

Hi @edmondteng You might look at the user of mail filters for this How to Configure Mail Filters - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation I don't believe there'd be another way to achieve the end result you're looking for. Thanks! 0 -
Good Morning Lauren, thanks for the solutions. but this could not use on my situations, because all@email.com is forwarder mail, while i receive is show send from all@email.com. user1@email.com --> all@email.com --> user1@email.com user1@email.com --> all@email.com --> user2@email.com user1@email.com --> all@email.com --> user3@email.com while i use filtering on user1@email.com as below:- from user1@gmail.com equal user1@gmail.com Discard message is no function while all@email.com send to user1@gmail.com but the sender is all@email.com to user1@email.com if i use filtering from all@email.com, then i totally cannot receive all@email.com. have any advice? Many thanks for helps. 0 -
Hello, Can you let me know if this works for you? if $header_from: is "user1@email.com" and $header_to: is "all@email.com" then save "/dev/null" 660 endif0 -
Morning, so sorry i don't know where to place this code, can you teach me step by step? many thanks 0 -
Hi @edmondteng I pulled that directly from my filter file. You can add these through the UI by going to cPanel>>Email>>Filters. 0
