Email Sent from root.domain issue

Hello i have 2 domains on server these info to explain problem server : root.domain.com domain1 : example.com domain2 : example.net. I see domain1 when send emails they go from emailexample@example.com which is ok . But see domain2 when send emails they go from emailexample@example.net and sometimes from bbbbb@root.domain.com which casing SPF fail How can i fix this problem ? both domains have same DNS settings (like MX ect) also one IP for both of them in same server Thank you

  Thank you very much for help, problem fixed You can mark as solved I have Joomla on that domain already stetted SMTP as mail server, but i have also uddEIM component which stetted by default on PHP mail server that was casing my problem Thank you again for help BR
