About AutoSSL Certificates
-
...sounds like the certificate doesn't cover the mail subdomain - did you check your AutoSSL logs? is the mail subdomain configured so that the domain check would have passed (is it publicly accessible, point to same place as the apex)? ...basically, provide more information, see the sticky thread on AutoSSL troubleshooting. Cheers, Max 0 -
Hi @diracuser As @MaxFein suggested it doesn't appear that the SSL includes the mail. subdomain. If you run the following what is output in regard to the subdomain: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=$username
You can also manually run the check through the UI at WHM>>SSL/TLS>>Manage AutoSSL -> Manage Users -> Check $username The logs will show in the logs tab for each run as well. Thanks!0 -
Thank you. Finally I deleted my subdomain and create again and next to some hours it worked... Tnaks you 0 -
