List accounts hangs

Hi, One of our WHM servers when we click on list account it hangs and does not show anything. We do not get any error either. The load on the server seems to be low as well. WHM version is v68.0.36 Can you please help us?

  Have you checked the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for any errors while this is occurring? Thanks!
