Hello, Can you contact your web hosting provider to have them let you know the output to /var/log/exim_mainlog when the SMTP connection attempt fails? Thank you. 0 -
I will now i am chatting with them 0 -
I contacted them they said it is comodo SSL not Cpanel , they purchased for me, what can i do ? i have on other domains Cpanel SSL . He is telling me to ask you to give me SSL for subdomain or something like that? 0 -
Hello @Layth, Does your provider offer the AutoSSL feature? If so, you could ask them to uninstall the existing SSL certificate and enable AutoSSL on the account to ensure the free cPanel-signed SSL certificate is installed for all domain names and subdomains under the account. Thank you. 0 -
Thank you for reply, i see auto SSL but i dont want it, i always buy Positive SSL Cpanel, i asked for refund i will buy Cpanel but can you give more info about which one should i buy ? i see three types i need cheaper one can be applied on subdomains also to fix SMTP problem I see 1- cPanel DV SSL Certificate 2- cPanel OV SSL Certificate 3- cPanel EV SSL Certificate 0 -
Hello @Layth, Is there any reason you prefer not to use the free AutoSSL certificates? These certificates are signed and apply to your domain names and subdomains as long as they resolve to the cPanel server. Thank you. 0 -

I didnt try Auto SSL before thats why i dont use it and this active for how long time? i have another domain has no SSL may i try use Auto SSL for that domain Thank you0 -
Hello, AutoSSL certificates are automatically renewed every 90 days. The certificates always remain free. It's the best way to ensure "mail.domain.tld" and your other subdomains have SSL certificates without purchasing a separate SSL certificate for each subdomain. Thank you 0 -
Thank you very much i have check AutoSSL it is working perfectly even with subdomains, first time i got email it will expire after 90 days i thought it is just for 90 days, But if it automatically renewed then i will use it for all domains SMTP now working perfectly Thank you for help very much :) You can mark this solved 0
