[CPANEL-20518] Spam Box only looks for spam in the default cPanel email account
The new spam box interface on cPanel (version 70.0.44) makes finding all the spam mailboxes much harder, so it's harder to empty them.
The old interface had a "clear all spam" button, which would empty any spam mailboxes found for an account. The new interface doesn't have that button.
One of my domain shows ~3400 messages in the spam mail box as can be seen from the piece of the roundcube webmail :
52247
The new interface only shows a button to clear the spam mailbox on the default account on the first page:
52251
When you go to "Manage Disk Usage" and select a non-default account, then the spam mailbox is shown. This is non-intuitive and is not consistent with the old behavior.
Please bring back the old behavior -- i.e. one click to delete all spam in all spam mailboxes, vs many clicks to find all the spam mailboxes and empty them.

Hello Ken, Internal case CPANEL-20518 is open to restore the ability to empty all spam folders as opposed to just the the default cPanel user's spam folder. I'll update this thread once the solution is published. Thank you. 0 -
