correos con dominio amazon.com

Hola no puedo recibir ni enviar correos relacionados al domino "amazon.com" y me gustaria resolverlo porque si quiero recibir correos de amazon.com este es el mensaje que me sale cuando quiero enviar: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
