    Hello, There are a number of reasons why this happens - Does the email have ***SPAM*** flags added? - Do you have any other devices besides the thunderbird client connected? - Do you have any email filters? - Is it only specific domains it's occurring with or everything? Thanks!

    Dear Team, I am sukuma. I have also same issue. Only one email account receiving the email from another mail account in same domain goes to junk mail. 1. Email not has Spam Tag. 2. We are using outlook POP3 Connection. 3. I have checked all the filter. its clear. And I have also deleted the email folder in home/domain/etc/mail folder name. 4. Both are in same domain. 5. I have resetted the both passwords and configured and tested but still its receiving under junk folder. 6. I have disabled Spam Fillters. Please solve my issue.

    Hi @sukumar To confirm the is that the email is not received to your mail client because it's junk or it is received to the junk folder in your webmail client? Thanks!
