Create proxy on cpanel without SSH Access?

hello everyone i want to create proxy server on my cpanel host but i don't have SSH Access permission i need to a source like (github.com/jvansteirteghem/apjp) that i can upload in my cpanel host then connect to proxy with my android phone like VPN are there any source? (php,js,)

  Hello @alex4342234, I don't know of any way to install that type of application without root access to the server. I also recommend contacting your web hosting provider to verify if that's something they allow, as many web hosting providers forbid that type of application on shared hosting plans. Thank you.

  cPanel won't allow application installation without root access. Shared hosting is not suitable to install/enable/use proxy and you will need a VPS or dedicated server.
