SSL certificate Install failed

I am try to install install Rapid SSL certificate But when I install CRT than ready to install certificate return message The certificate could not be installed on the domain "xxxxxxxxxx.com".

• Certificate verification failed!The system did not find the Certificate Authority Bundle that matches this certificate.Contact "DigiCert Inc" to obtain the Certificate Authority Bundle for "RapidSSL RSA CA 2018".

this domain I am ready install certificate is not my hostname , is a addon domain name in this account Is it related to this?

  Hi @webdsn While @dalem is correct in pointing you in the direction for the CA cert if you're still experiencing this issue I'd like to see if you could open a ticket. If the CA isn't being found by WHM it may need to be updated internally. Thanks!

  Hi @webdsn depending on the version of cPanel you have installed we actually host the CA records on our own internal system, so if you weren't able to get them either we needed to update the CA cert or your server wasn't finding it for some reason. That's why I wanted you to open a ticket but I am glad you were able to get the issue resolved. Thanks!
