Issues with Wordpress/Site Software

Hi, I'm experiencing this issue with a new WP install via Site Software. However, once it dies after a minute or so, my site won't come back up unless WP is uninstalled, the addon domain removed, and WP installed all over again. Restarting PHP-FPM or Apache makes no difference. Most frustrating!! I upgraded to 70.0.46, but no change.
