Possible to install CSF via WHM GUI?

I have a server where it seems that another admin has disabled or blocked port 22 and I am unable to ssh into it now (scanned with nmap to confirm this too). I have WHM browser/GUI access but there doesn't seem to be the CSF add-on installed. Is it possible to install this so that I can open port 22 via the browser? In 'Install cPAddons Site Software' I can see no options for adding other add-ons/plugins but there under 'Add or Remove Vendors' there is a url field that I assume is for adding an path for an installation file, they only such file I have been able to find is the .csf.tgz one on the CSF site and that didnt work.

  There is no way to install CSF from within WebHost Manager. Assuming you don't have a firewall installed, you have root access to WHM, and the ssh configuration has been modified to not permit port 22 (a good idea), you might be able to reset ssh:
