List Accounts Gives Fatal Error

Good day, Hopefully, someone can help me. I have root access and I'm the server administrator. Since yesterday, I've been experiencing a serious problem on my server. Home >> Account Information >> List Accounts I then receive the following error: A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.

I've tried so many different options, but I'm not having any success. I can't view or create accounts.

Hi @Jacques Murray Does the /var/cpanel/.tmp.a5686.repquota.datastore file exist? If you rename the file or move it to another location does the issue persist (you'd have to access the server via SSH to do this)? Thanks!

Hi, The file does not exist. When I cd to /var/cpanel/ and run ls, I get another error: ls: cannot access repquota.datastore: Input/output error
If I nano the file, it just opens a blank file.

HI @Jacques Murray Actually not that file it needs to be /var/cpanel/.tmp.a5686.repquota.datastore it looks like the system is trying to rename /var/cpanel/.tmp.a5686.repquota.datastore to /var/cpanel/repquote.datastore and it's not able to.

I'm getting a lot of Input/Output errors on the system. I'm also unable to create new accounts.

Hi @Jacques Murray The IO errors if being received quite frequently are pretty concerning, you may want to contact your provider to look further into the issue. You may want to check the disk integrity on the system.
