upcp failing due to nospoof command

Hello This message appears a few weeks ago, and is impossible to update. "INFO Upgrade to the next LTS is blocked until Monday May 14, 2018 in order to distribute upgrades over a five day period.   This appears when I do Update Server Software cPanel Package Upgrades in Progress... ERROR: The system cannot update the /var/cpanel/sysinfo.config file because it cannot determine your distribution's major version. Run the following command: rpm -qf --queryformat '%{VERSION}\n' /etc/redhat-release Output other than the numbers 6 or 7 indicates a problem. Open a support ticket or resolve the issue manually.
