tailwatchd has failed message

Hi, I got similiar error with command "/scripts/restartsrv_tailwatchd", please help. Waiting for "tailwatchd" to restart ""failed. Cpanel::Exception::Services::StartError Service Status tailwatchd (tailwatchd) is running as root with PID 25293 (systemd+/proc check method). Service Error (XID bysmc7) The "tailwatchd" service failed to start. Startup Log systemd[1]: Starting tailwatchd... restartsrv_tailwatchd[28674]: tailwatchd is already running (tailwatchd) with PID 25293 by root systemd[1]: tailwatchd.service: control process exited, code=exited status=1 systemd[1]: Failed to start tailwatchd. systemd[1]: Unit tailwatchd.service entered failed state. systemd[1]: tailwatchd.service failed. tailwatchd has failed. Contact your system administrator if the service does not automagically recover.

  Hi @cforapple The message you're getting when trying to start tailwatchd indicates that it wasn't stopped fully. Can you try the following and let me know if it continues? /scripts/restartsrv_tailwatchd --stop
  Then check to ensure there are no tailwatchd processes running still: ps faux |grep tailwatch[d]
  If there are kill the proceses if not restart the process once more: /scripts/restartsrv_tailwatchd --start
