Reset cPanel Interface Settings?

Hiya! My name is Lee. I'm new here. I need someone to set up cpanel dashboard up for me and not whatever I'm seeing in my current dashboard. I'm used to just seeing a nice clean page that I can point and click what I want. What I see now is all greek to me. Namecheap hasn't been of any help. Help :( Lee
