Mailing list Moderates Outlook Email
Hello...
Im new user in cPanel and I have a problem.
Mailing list...Well...I will try explain.
I create a mailing list, I add 2 members. I set a member how sender (not mod) and the other how "mod".
If the member "sender" in the case, send a email by webmail, the email is sent normaly. But if he send by Outlook, the email dont sent, it must be approved for moderation. How fix this?
Sorry my bad english. Tks all!

Hi @Braccio I'm not sure what would cause the behaviour you're noticing but can you check the log files for mailman at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/logs
and let me know if there's anything related to the transaction when he sends from Outlook or rather when it's getting moderated Thanks!0 -

Lauren, The group name is tdc13@example.com.br. The Silvia is a member not mod. She sent a email by Outlook. Then I see the Posting Held for Approval... Posting Held for Approval From: silvia.helena@example.com.br Subject: teste Reason: Message has implicit destination But, if she sent by Webmail, the mail send normaly.0 -
Hi @Braccio The mailman page gives an explanation for why a message would be held for moderation with this reason: DOC/What does "message has implicit destination" mean? - Mailman Wiki They also go over ways to resolve the issue. Thanks! 0 -
