A package with dedicated IP and SSl/TLS settings

I would like to create a package by which:

• a user of a domain send email using his own dedicated IP
• he may access using SSL/TLS on his own domain

I succeded in 1, but not in 2. That's to say:

• in mail client manual settings, for SSL/TLS access to the user is always suggested to use the main nameserver hostname (i.e. mailserver.com), while his own domain (i.e. mail.customerdomain.com) only for non-SSL settings
• the user can send email using his dedicated IP, but in message's header the sending server is always mailserver.com, and not mail.customerdomain.com)

I guess there's something I need to check/uncheck in "feature manager", but wasn't able to find what/where... :-(

  Hi @Remitur Does the domain have an SSL certificate? They should be able to use their own domain for this as long as they have an SSL certificate installed on the domain. Thanks!

  You were right! AutoSSL was not enabled for that domain, and so it couldn't work... Thanks!!!!
