CSF User ban problem

Hi, I am using CSF firewall on cPAnel server and I use protection_low as firewall profile Although I use protection at the lowest level, my clients' ip addresses are constantly banned, how can I help you find a solution to this problem? My clients do not have access to the sites and they complain too much.
