    Hello @Jia Tan, It looks like you do not have root access to the system based on the access level defined in your forums profile. If that's the case, try using cPanel >> Track Delivery to see if you can find more information about what's happening during the delivery attempt when the message delivery fails.     It's an LMTP error after RCPT TO and a user doesn't exist error (there is no user created for x@x.com, only y@x.com)

    Hello @Jia Tan, The email account does not have to exist if an email forwarder is created for the address. You'll need to report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look from the root level to see why that error occurs. Please let us know the outcome. Thanks!
