Hi @koundou It looks like that is just letting you know the site didn't have an SSL certificate to begin with but I don't see any errors regarding the DCV check. Was the certificate issued? Thanks!

I have 10 different domain names in this hosting. I installed SSL for all domains in the same way. I have this issue only with one of them. The SSL certificate is not installed. Any suggestion about this?

Hi @koundou With a lack of any error, it's hard to explain to you what is occurring. It looks from the log output that the issue was just there wasn't a certificate, to begin with. Please run the AutoSSL check again for that domain and let me know the log output. Thanks!

Hi, I run the AutoSSL again and i received the same error at the log. Also, the domain is in the list with pending Queue.

Hi @koundou That would indicate the DCV check went through without issue - that's not an error. Can you PM me the IP address of the server and I'll check it internally for you? Thanks!

Hi @koundou Looking at the internal system I can see several requests for the certificate for one domain which have been rejected. Normally this occurs in instances where Comodo blocks certain keywords but I can't be certain in this case if that's what's occurring. Please open a ticket using the link in my signature, once opened please add the ticket ID to this thread and I'll update with my findings on the issue as well as update this thread. Please let me know if you have any issues with opening a ticket. There have been some ongoing issues with the ticket system which we have been updating the progress of here: In Progress - cPanel Core Services Outage - 6/21/2018 Thanks!

Hello, Thanks for updating with the ticket ID, I took a look at the ticket and it looks like the Certificate was being rejected due to Google's safe browsing check. When scanning the site google believes it has malware. If it's clean - which it does appear to be you may want to have google re-index it so it's removed from the list then provision the SSL certificate again. Thanks!
