kswapd0 high cpu

Hi, i have a one cpanel server, this server has downed i can see this process at 'top': [kswapd0] this process has fulled a cpu and swap swap : 6025 used 6025 ram : 6 used 5.5 (all cpanel users has suspended) please help me for resolve this problem just i have access vmware (console) for run command ! help me ):
