    I have the exact same issue - Seems the from header and subject lines are being stripped by the server before sending and gmail is thinking the email is spam as these are missing. I have opened a Support ticket with cPanel and it is pending with 2nd Line Support

    I would also try resetting exim settings. Backup your current config: WHM > Exim Configuration Manager> Backup then WHM > Exim Configuration Manager> Reset > Reset the entire Exim configuration to the default settings provided with cPanel & WHM.

    Hello, In my server everything was working fine. Just now email sending stopped and i am getting return emails directly from Gmail and Others. My IP i checked is whitelisted. Please check errors. host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [173.194.xxx.xx] SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550-5.7.1 [192.198.xx.xx 11] Our system has detected that this message is 550-5.7.1 not RFC 5322 compliant: 550-5.7.1 'From' header is missing. 550-5.7.1 To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail, this message has been 550-5.7.1 blocked.     When i checked sending email to mail-tester.com It is showing email errors like no header found, no from address found, date is empty etc.. Please tell me what is the issue and how to resolve it. I have sent cpanel ticket also.

    Apparently theres a spam filter in-between our servers and the internet that might be causing the issue

    Hello, I really dont know i checked my ip is not blacklisted anywhere. I have another server with same DC and there emails working fine. Just this server has issues..

    Looks like dacentec have reverted a change that was made in error, try sending an email again it should be fine

    I"d check that the servers IP address is not on any black lists using mxtool box as the bounce back is suggesting it is list on one

    Hi @efuzone Based on what I see in the ticket and what you've provided here the IP address as far as MxToolBox is concerned isn't blacklisted but it is apparent that gmx.net is seeing it as such. I'm not sure what this service is specifically but it does appear that you can contact them by going here: Contact form | GMX Postmaster As far as the header detail being missing, I checked your exim configuration which isn't customized making this a bit odd if you're receiving those messages when sending mail from webmail. I'm following the ticket and I'll continue to monitor it and update this thread with the outcome when it's picked up. Thanks!

    Hi Everyone, As an update, to the ticket, it was found that the issue present was a result of an error at the datacenter as suggested by @stevetoza Once they resolved the issue on their end the issue is no longer occurring Thanks!
