Doesn't matter, and you don't necessarily need to use all 3 IP's for nameservers. You can still host sites on the IP's you are using as nameservers so if you did like 100.100.100.1 - server.mynameserver.com ( main shared IP ) 100.100.100.2 - ns1.mynameserver.com 100.100.100.3 - ns2.mynameserver.com In the DNS zone for mynameserver.com you would create an A Record for each host listed above. Then you would need to register the nameservers only at your registrar. Once they are registered, and the DNS zone has been setup on the cPanel server, you can then safely use those nameservers. Again, you can still use 100.100.100.2,3 as dedicated and/or reseller shared IP's if/when needed regardless if they are used as your nameservers.

Hello @Costas Lazarou, @Jcats is correct. Additionally, feel free to review the following document if you need help setting up the name servers: How to Set Up Nameservers in a cPanel Environment - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
